Hi all building

I'm in the process of renovating my garage to build a proper workshop. I have a decent bit of space. What things would you definitely include if you had a blank slate for a work bench? For tool storage if French clete, peg board or cabinets best? Should I build drawrs below or space for a rolling tool box? Any other ideas would be appreciated!
