Chicken drumsticks
£2.98 from Asda, season well with peri peri, black pepper and salt and put in the oven for 40 mins turning occasional. That easy. A good few days high protein quality fat snack.

New week
Another week to get it in 💪🏼 Anyone doing anything different this week? Or adding something to your meal plans etc? Couple more weeks until we pig out and have a well deserved break 🎄

im still trying to stick to 2500 calories a day but if I go over some days I just track it and dont go over my maintenence wich is roughly 3500 calories also im having minimum of 10-12 gaps between each meal wich is pretty easy 🙂 im guna do this until Christmas day then im just going to demolish every bit of food in sight Christmas and boxing day! 🎄😋🎁😂 and I tell you what I carnt fucking wait! 😋😂

Blue light blockers
I know i look like a tit 😂😂 but once its dark, i try and keep these on as much as possible to help with the light, television and phone screen. Blue light affects your eyes, skin and circadian rhythm (sleep) and honestly feel i get in such a deeper sleep since using them. £6.99 on Amazon. Maybe worth a try 😃👍🏼
