Read Me: October 7th Workshop ℹ️
Hey everyone 👋 I’m in Vienna this week for my birthday (Tuesday the 7th), which happens to land right on our usual workshop day. So here’s what I’m thinking, I’d love your input 👇 Option A: You run the session without me. I can still open the room from my phone and then hop out. You could either: - Do a co-working / sprint-style session like last month — focus time, accountability, get stuff done. - Try a sales call A:B practice — one person sells something they’re currently offering, the other plays the buyer and gives feedback. Then swap after 30 mins. It you can't do it in Zoom, use the call to decide pairs then open a free Google Meet to do this (or use your own Zoom) Option B: We reschedule this week’s workshop to later in October (Weds or Thurs). I’ll go with whatever most people prefer, so vote below and we’ll lock it in by tomorrow. Cheers everyone!

Hey guys, Like I mentioned on the call, here it is. Nice little treat to end the week! And I don't know what it is about someone cooking food in front of me, but it just hits differently 😋😂 Anyone treated yourself to a nice meal or cooked up something good recently? Drop a photo and let's see who can give me the biggest food envy... Have a good weekend all. Don't forget to get some rest ✌️ See ya next Tuesday! ~Kev

This looks awesome! I like tasting different dishes from different countries - recently I've tried Surinamese dishes in Amsterdam. And on the weekend, we prepared sushi with my partner :) See yea on Tuesday!
Mini-reflection :)
After yesterday's call I implemented a few things. One of them is that I went to the client's LinkedIn profile (who I really enjoyed working with) and downloaded his pdf with all his info. I asked gpt to analyze his profile as my ideal client - his desires, challenges, needs. Also I used this info when using Kev's tool about creating the offer. I found this info useful. Still it needs tweaking of course - but it's a good start :)

@Kevin Dowling Thanks Kevin :)
Reflection
Thank you so much for the group call, Kevin! I always enjoy the community vibe - connecting with people who share similar challenges and values. And you shared lots of helpful information. There was something about this call that made me think - I think it was your question. I looked at what holds me back at the moment. It's not clarity about the niche (and etc) that I'm concerned. I'm concerned if I can make my business sustainable and still have space for my life and things that are important for me - like family, friends. Before my pause, I got absorbed by a hustler's mode (when living in Ukraine that seemed like an antidote to the war situation - getting my mind off terrible things, but then it played a bad joke with me) So, my reflection that I'm gonna be doing daily will also be about this :)

@Christian Pereira Piechoczek Hey Christian! That's really generous and kind. Sure, I'd love to meet, test your product and give you a review! I can write you a private message to set up a date and time.

@Kevin Dowling Thank you so much Kevin! I appreciate your honesty, transparency and support. I definitely gotta do some reflection to understand how I can make it happen.
🎯 Impact Goal + Micro-Actions
I looved this Impact GPT conversation! Sooo, here's what I've got so far: 🧱 Builder 2.0 Summary Beliefs: I believe in myself. Done > perfect. Work can be fun and still powerful. Communication transforms lives and careers. No More: No spirals into fear, doubt, or perfectionism. Mistakes = growth. Presence: Clear, confident, playful, empathetic. Leads with integrity and insight. Help 3 tech professionals express themselves with clarity and confidence — and feel seen, heard, and energized at work — by the end of September. 📍 Daily Micro-Actions 1. Share 2 value-packed posts per week 2. Pull 5-10 qualified leads per day 3. Comment on 5-10 ideal clients’ or relevant thought leaders’ posts 4. Rebuild and test a simple DM sequence 5. Start 5-10 DMs daily 6. Offer a quick resource or invite (voice note, mini audit) - gotta think more about this one, what to offer that can be small but really valuable. I had some-mini-guides but in my opinion they were not effective. Also, I'd like to do some more focused and clear reflection (to re-calibrate my understanding where I'm moving) - what is my niche exactly? what impact do I want to make? What do I offer - is it more language-focused or communication mastery-focused? Is it only for women in tech or men in tech too? Is it for seniors or mid level pros?
