Hey all. I've started using Skool as a front-end marketing group instead of a back-end product group. Is anyone else doing this? Attached is the model I'm using. The key differences to the model most in here use: - No ads - No direct outreach - No sales tactics - No content treadmill - Focus on audience building (specifically YouTube) - Focus on community - Using Skool as a marketing community, not product community I ran the new model past Sam and he said he liked it! I also asked for permission to post this here and he said yes. I think this new model is a game-changer for getting to $100k/m profit. I know it's quite difficult to get the full picture from the image, so if you need more info then just comment "Loom" and I'll send you a Loom fully explaining the model. Hope it helps.

I'm curious how the level scaling system is calculated in regards to points required to level up? Is there a set increase at each level (eg Level 3 requires 50% more points than Level 2 to level up etc.) or is it just a set number of points at each level (eg Level 1 = 10 points, Level 2 = 30 points etc.) We're looking to add Milestone gifts once users reach certain levels so it would be great to know how many points are required to hit each level. Thanks!

    Yeah i know but SPECIFICALLY for each level how much? haha. Like: Level 6 200 points, level 7 500, etc.

    @Sid Sahasrabuddhe but i would need that to assign prices to my audience to estimate how hard to reach is the level and how big is the price haha

I guess its a simple code but it would be GREAT to have the action items section checklisted in classroom for students to checklist them (and to track individual progress)

Hi @Sid Sahasrabuddhe, we have a challenge with the titles being cut off in the course navigation. The current limit is 30 characters (including spaces). Our titles can go to 45 characters max, e.g., "Introducing the Emotional Fortitude Technique" Usecase: here, you can see that my modules 7.2 and 7.4, and 7.5 are cut off in the navigation. Not a good look. I am pleading for a 45-char limit. Thanks to @Marcos Razzetti for prompting me to post this.

I really like the simple, intuitive nature of the whole Skool platform, but would love to see some more customization that would enable the Skool group feel more branded for my brand. Things like being able to change the color scheme. For example, my brand colors are blue, and black. It would be nice to be able to have my pages have a light blue background, or blue highlights. Perhaps like the way you can change the background and themes like on Windows pc's, summer, fall, tech, etc., or at least the look and feel a bit like on Mac. As it is, the only real branding/personalization elements come in the ability to have a custom url, (which is great), in the color of the name with the logo (on the upper left), and in two places in the classroom area, with the logo, and the small box to the upper right, where we can import a picture. I'd love to hear from other people in the community ideas on how to make the platform more personally branded for my brand, and for my community. @Sid Sahasrabuddhe @Nick Guadagnoli Any thoughts/plans?

The ability to live stream on skool instead of clients leaving the platform to lets say a zoom meeting would be great for coaching calls

Good morning! Can we downolad a spreadsheet with students' emails, names and access date? I'd like to do some internal controls, in order to, for exemple, exclude some members after 1 year, if they don't purchase again our courses. Is it possible?🙂

Can we not have the pop up feature when you click on a post to read it and reply to message. Instead can we just read the full post and reply to comments on the time line without having that pop up.

When you click the settings to edit the course it takes you to the whole course with all the lessons and sections. It would be great to go straight to edit the lesson

Is there a way that the person only gets access to their course and materials for say 180 days after they've completed their 8 week course? Or would we have to keep track of those people manually, find them, and dis enroll them?

    we asign 1-1 mentors to all our clients so it would be great to have like an individual section that clients can see their asigned tasks!

would be great to have the functionality to disable chat for all members as a Admin.
