New Classroom Alert! Parents’ Tools & Scripts
You can find all parent tools and scripts inside the classroom. This classroom is your cheat sheet for pressure moments. Instead of guessing what to say or do with your athlete, you’ll find simple, copy‑paste tools you can use in real life: - Car‑ride scripts that calm emotions and build confidence - Bottleneck check‑ins that turn “I suck” into “I can fix this” - Game‑day routines that keep your kid steady before, during, and after pressure moments - Number-based rating tools so you talk proof, not drama Every tool is: - Written for real, busy parents - Usable in under 2 minutes - Focused on one thing: helping your athlete compete hard without breaking on the inside You don’t have to be a sports psych or a perfect parent.Use the script, run the tool, let the system do the heavy lifting.

Thank you!
Tristen Busted His Bottleneck - Hesitation to Join Play or Drive
- He went from steady defender → offensive driver. - Reads are faster, feet lead every decision, and pucks are getting moved with purpose. - His biggest improvement: Skating the Puck (+75 %) — He is creating offense instead of waiting for it. Now we level up in this area even more... Emerging Bottleneck: “Deeper Offensive Activation — Create Chaos Volume.” That’s elite-level composure showing up.

@Jacealyn Hempel I put my old blades back in. My new one has a defect and they are going to send me replacements.
⚡️ Clutch Code — The 3-Second Rule
You got beat? Fine — fix it faster. That’s the rule. You get three seconds to be upset. After that, it’s next rep. This is where games and athletes get lost — not in the mistake, but in how long they stay stuck in it. Pressure doesn’t punish mistakes. It punishes delay. Take one breath.Tap your stick.Say “Next rep.”Then go win your next five seconds.Do that over and over — and the game tilts your way. 💡 Full version with challenge + coach notes is now in the Clutch Code Classroom.Go read it, use it, and track it. The next rep always pays.

This does help! I started using this over the summer and I can say that I reset faster than ever now and don't even think about it! I tell myself "snap back" and that makes me think of my favorite song and it resets me for my next shift or rep.
