@JoElla Casse There is literally nothing like a good night's sleep! In the past, I've suffered from truly terrible insomnia that leaves me incapable of coping with daily life. Eating carnivore has really helped improve my sleep, and I'm glad it's making a difference for you too!
Day one reality check
Joining this group has inspired me to look more carefully into my "carnivore" diet that I have been doing now for 2 months. I have been way off, doing too much of everything, more fat than protein and too many carbs through dairy addictions with heavy creme and Kefir. I hope to find some support here for dropping the heavy creme, kefir, sour creme and occasional cheese.

@Douglas Moore Congrats on being able to break your dairy addiction for a day - hopefully you felt pretty good and can start enjoying the upward spiral of dairy-free success! I too was unable to go "cold turkey" as I transitioned to carnivore, my journey was long, but overall worth the effort. Keep going!
