I seen this group and started my journey through breath work about a week after the three day workshop has started. My daughter had had just turned 39 years old and had post pericardial myopathy which led to a coronary artery tear and then a heart attack that she survived but has three stents placed. Meeess to stay fear is the thing that took over me and I’m an energy worker. I’m a really calm person license Massage Therapist. I know a lot of things to calm myself down and nothing was working until this class! Today I feel my energy is a little bit scattered, herbal tea, grounding, even crystals have me back in that same place a little bit so then I have to be up at 4:45 AM. I know I’m not gonna get any sleep unless I go back and do the day one breath work class. It will always bring me back to Center and always bring that common that peace over me as well as help me just release whatever I’m hanging onto that I’m not releasing. I’m so thankful for this community and for those that created these workshops so thank you Nadeem, Steve, Jaggers and everyone else!💗

@Adam Carbary Thank you so much, Adam! Since April 2, life is definitely taken a turn these workshops in the community. Both have been a huge blessing to me in a way that I anchor and calm the storm within some days. I haven’t been on here as much as I had been in the previously, however as things are calming down, I will definitely be doing more. I get up 15 minutes early so I’m up at 4:30 AM on Tuesday Wednesdays just to do the I believe it’s an eight minute breath work class just to get me grounded for the day. there’s a lot of energy from a lot of people at the hospital and I do have a combination of patience and coworkers that are hard energy to be around so this is how I also recover at the end of my day so I feel very blessed to be here! Sending much love to anyone who was looking for this in their life, continue on with these classes and these workshops they’re saving grace 💗

I’m so excited!
depression has come back univited!! 😔
over the past week or so anxiety, depression and overthinking decided to pay me a visit after being on a loooong vacay for the past few months! 🙄 now, whilst i DESPISE that they've reared their ugly heads, i know that it is for a reason and is happening FOR me and not TO me! i am mentally and physically EXHAUSTED and have felt like staying in bed all day every day but i am NOT going back there, not ever!! i witnessed an awful tragedy over 5wks ago and whilst i kinda processed a little of it, i seemed to have done what i always do and that is to sweep it under the rug and forget about it! a few tears definitely haven't *processed* it, not by a long shot! so, it's decided to show up by force and demand that i acknowledge it and let it pass through me! it's teaching me things about myself that i'd either forgotten about, pushed to the back of my mind, neglected or just resisted time and time again aaaand whatever we resist, persists! so me resisting this unexpected trauma has only gone and made it persist at an even greater scale, that is the darkness! 😒 i've had several realisations about myself this past week and i'm beginning to let go of unhealthy limiting beliefs that have been with me all of my life there's no light without darkness and in order for steffi sunshine to remain in her light, she needs a few steffi stormclouds every so often to clear the way! 🌦 i hate it but i now have the tools to be aware of it and not let it sink even deeper into my skin! breathwork and meditation have been a HUGE help in keeping my *labels* on an extended vacay! 🙏🏻 anyways, just thought i'd share this to let others see that it's okay to not be okay and that things come back to test you and to shed themselves in order for bigger and better things to enter your life once you are living as your true authentic self 🤗

Welcome Steve! I’m also a community member here and I love the breath work classes. They keep me very centered and I am a licensed massage. Therapist and Reiki master and I do other energy work as well, I do notice if you’re not staying grounded that can happen so spend time outside however, do the workshop I’ve even done the day one from last month’s workshop because it’s incredibly impactful for me. I’m also a healthcare worker this helps me so much and I hope you try it and feel the benefits that you’ll get from these breath work classes.! In other pulse and comments I’ve made I really can’t say enough about this community and the benefits of this particular breath, work workshops in classes. Please try the mountain stick with it and Nadine and Jagger and anyone else is involved in running this community, are amazing help! 💗 sent you a hug and so much love

@Julie Dunsmuir hello and welcome Julie! It has taken me to a place within me for profound healing and relaxation. The connection with your true self as a lot of things that you’ve been hanging onto, and that no longer serve you, get released. It brings me a place of Center and deep grounding that I’ve not had to any other breath work class and I think that’s key to why I’m still here. Try it and see how it works for you. You don’t have to stay if it doesn’t bring you something that you’re looking for, but I would find it hard to believe because it’s so powerful I had huge impact on the very first day one workshop of last month. I hope you find what you’re looking for and I hope you’re able to stay!💗
