Silence is Not My Thing
Our mothers retired to silence. They played small. Bit their tongues. Settled for โ€œgratefulโ€ when they really wanted more. But me?Iโ€™m retiring from silence. โ€™ve got things to say. Stories to tell. Wounds that turned into wisdom and a voice thatโ€™s finally ready to be heard. We were taught to age quietly, dress appropriately, and stay in our lane. But thereโ€™s nothing appropriate about living half a life. So this is my line in the sand.No more polite disappearing acts. No more apologizing for wanting more. If you feel that same spark in your chest โ€” that tug that says โ€œnot done yetโ€ โ€” youโ€™re home. Welcome to Sage Rebellion.Letโ€™s turn up the volume on the second half of life.

Think I've never been quiet one at least the older I get the less resistance I get
Refuse the Stereotype
Sisters, itโ€™s time to shatter the stereotypes and bloom louder than ever! Weโ€™re not fadingโ€”weโ€™re flipping the script, strutting bold, and owning our prime. From street art rebels to trendsetting queens, join us to defy โ€œoldโ€ and redefine fierce. What is one thing you do that defies "settling down" and breaks the mold?

I always wanted to write a book and life kept on happening and now at 53 I've written 3 since I turned 50. Maybe more guides than books. 2 about aromatherapy and 1 on DIY makeup

Feeling invisible?
Well, it sure is. Remember that saying, "fake it til you make it?" Let's change it up and say: "smile til you feel like it," because smiling is your mood's secret weapon. I'll bet you didn't know that your smile is basically a built-in mood booster, right? When you smileโ€”like really smile, the kind that makes your eyes squintโ€”you activate tiny muscles called orbicularis oculi. Those little guys send a signal straight to your brain that says, โ€œWeโ€™re happy!โ€ and boomโ€”your brain floods you with feel-good chemicals like dopamine and endorphins. But it doesnโ€™t stop there. Turns out, any time you flex your face, your brain gets the memo. That grimace you make when lifting weights? Same deal. Even those weird yoga face poses where you puff your cheeks and scrunch up like a cartoon characterโ€”yep, they work too. Itโ€™s like your own built-in mood gym. So next time life feels heavy, try a rep or two of smiling. And if you really want to feel good? Fake a deep belly laughโ€”go full โ€œha ha ha!โ€ out loud. Itโ€™s awkward, ridiculous, and absolutely works. Your brain wonโ€™t know the differenceโ€ฆ but your mood will.

Why You Should Heartmap
Most people spend their lives trying to think their way through problems. They chase new habits, new plans, new affirmationsโ€”but nothing sticks, because theyโ€™re starting at the wrong end of the loop. You donโ€™t think your way into alignment. ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž๐ฅ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฐ๐š๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž. When you learn to ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐š๐ฉ, everything changes. ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ treating emotions like landmines and start reading them like coordinates. ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ž how your feelings shape your thoughts, how your thoughts harden into beliefs, how your beliefs guide your actions, and how those actions create the exact results you keep reliving. ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐  reverses that loop.It shows you how to work backwardโ€”from the results you want to the feelings you want to live in. And when your inner world finally matches your outer one, something remarkable happens:you stop chasing joy, and start living it. To ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐š๐ฉ is to move through life awakeโ€”guided by emotion, rooted in self-trust, and at peace with your own rhythm. You donโ€™t need to control your feelings. You need to understand them. Because your emotions arenโ€™t noiseโ€”theyโ€™re navigation. So why ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐š๐ฉ? Because youโ€™re done trying to โ€œfixโ€ yourself. Youโ€™re ready to find yourself. And the map is ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ฅ๐˜บ inside you. The Heartmap Protocol is in the Classroom - FREE! But, please let me know if you'd like a live workshop. ๐Ÿ˜œ

Going to check it out!
They call it โ€œaging.โ€ I call it โ€œcoming into power.โ€
You ever notice how the world talks about โ€œagingโ€ like itโ€™s some kind of tragedy?Like the second you hit midlife, youโ€™re supposed to tone it down, take up less space, and start collecting beige sweaters. No thank you. Iโ€™ve survived enough storms to know this isnโ€™t the end of anything.Itโ€™s the beginning of the part where I actually know who I am. I donโ€™t want to be 25 again. I want to be this version of meโ€”just with fewer deadlines and better shoes. Iโ€™m not getting old, Iโ€™m getting dangerously self-assured.And honestly? Thatโ€™s way more fun. So tell meโ€”whatโ€™s one thing youโ€™re doing now that your younger self would never have had the guts (or wisdom) to do?

Firstly I'm a beautition by trade but I've never really fitted into to mold of a certain 'look' you need to have. Since I turned 50 I dont work with makeup on and don't wear a uniform as it's not me! Suddenly I enjoy my work much more and I have my tribe coming to me.
