hi
I apologize for not posting in a while. There were medical and financial issues going on. Once I resolve them, I will be more active.

I hear ya, got sick at Christmas and ended up with pneumonia. Haven’t been able to do anything the past few weeks. Hopefully things are on the upswing, hate to think that 2025 is starting off not so great for some. Feel better and power through, stay strong and you will be rewarded

Yes, new to wholesaling RE

@Trevor Greenlee not anymore, I’m actually relocating to California and will be attempting virtual ws in the southeast, more specifically Tennessee. I’ve not had any luck yet since starting this but I’m hopeful. I love the notion of wholesaling but hadn’t realized that I would need to spend thousands of hours on the phone and/or pay thousands of dollars for marketing. I’m currently trying to find a better way.
In what areas do people feel like they need guidance?
Hi everyone, I'm looking forward to continuing to build out this community. I'm going to be an open book and I'm happy to help anyone with anything that they need while the group is still small. As we grow, it will be more difficult - so please, take advantage and reach out beyond this if you need any particular assistance! Otherwise - please select from the options below so I can target the next content post!

@Alex Oak thanks Alex. Hoping to learn from everyone here. I’m new to wholesaling and will participate as much as I possibly can😊

@Jorge Angel I think what a lot of wholesalers say is ‘no comp no deal’ 😞

I’m actually in Lake Havasu City, Az just getting into this wholesaling biz. I’ve found a few properties but haven’t done a deal yet so just trying for experience in my area before venturing into the virtual scene. Thank you so much for your response
