Hey guys, I don’t know if I’m bitting off more than I can chew here, but seen a property with a lot of potential, it’s four floors high and property’s similar to this in local area have been given planning permission to convert into flats, but even if that’s not possible high end renovation would add value to property/ or turn into hmo, any ideas how to get investors and best way to break down renovation costs.
