Day 25 of trying to be the best basketball player in the world
Today i did a shooting and conditioning workout. Than in the afternoon i went again to the court. I worked again on my form and the i played some 4v4. I ( 16 yr old girl) played with some grown dudes so i played a little scared i think. But there was a nice guy who stayed with me and give me tips while playing. These are exactly the situations where you can grow so i will try to do as much as i can while i'm still in Rome (where i live i never meet other to play with unfortunatley). I'm also noticing a BIG IMPROVEMENT in my threes

Just did a shooting+ conditioning workout
On shooting i focused on my form cause It has been like a week since practiced it the last time. It went good, i did a lot of form shooting and also i did a three pointer drill that challenge the consistency of score. It's crazy how a month ago i LITERALLY were not even able to hit a 3 to save my life, and now i'm becoming pretty good. Crazy

today :(
this afternoon, after this morning’s session, i went in a small park and worked on my upper body. (pull ups, dips and push ups) i rate this workout 8/10. But today i was really sad because i was thinking about my situation, but i worked anyway. my coach gives me few minutes just because im short (im 5’9) and i cant prove how much im worth on the court. i know the reason is my height because im one of the best shooters in the team (even my teammates know that ) but my coach doesnt put me in.

Keep going Bro! Dimostra a tutti quanto vali, alla fine il lavoro ripaga sempre, SEMPRE, credimi. Solo, sii pronto in ogni momento. Non saprai mai quando arriverà la tua opportunità, quindi cerca di essere preparato quando arriverà
Day 24 of trying to be the best basketball player in the world
Today i worked on my floater and middys in the morning. I did drills with one of my friend. Then i went again to the court, and now i specially worked on my three pointer. It's feeling more consistent and easy to shoot everyday, that's good beacause it was One ofy weaknesses. I also did 1v1 and focused on my defense against post player. I wanted also to do an abs workout in the morning but i didn't be disciplined and i skipped it. My bad. It's just that i'm with my family these days, and in one week i will go back to where i live and won't see my family for 7 months so i'm trying to spend as much time with them as i can

@Gabriele Desiderà no, purtroppo tutte e due le volte ero con altre persone al campetto e non ho potuto allenarmi per conto mio. Però devo assolutamente farlo domani perché sennò sento che la mia forma andrà a farsi benedire del tutto hahah. E proverò quello che mi hai detto
Day 23 of trying to be the best basketball player in the world
Today i woke up early and did arm workout. Then went to the court with friends and did shooting drills and 1v1. My 3s are improving, MIDDY also good, but i don't feel comfrotable with my form, even tought i can score a lot. Since i lacked in defense i watched film on defense. Then i did another shooting workout, with my 3s feeling so good. Then i will do stretching
