I think, from painful experience, that true empowerment is when you stand in your truth and don't let anything shake it. You know yourself and honor who you are and you are able to discern who and what is for you and who and what is not

Sundays are good for rest and today my body has been forcing me to rest again, apparently, usually I need lots of sleep as a sensitive soul I love cocoa and a warm blanket. I had to buy this one that I can heat up because at one point my apartment was so cold Dark times again here in Finland and been snowing a little but then the rain came again and took it away as usual every year
