DTF
Hello! Does anyone here do DTF? I have an important question about it if so! I had a PNG that showed some halo or ghost pixels, etc on it once printed on to a sheet. I am trying to figure out why this happened to only one customer and no one else. Is there a setting that you are suppose to turn off? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’ve spent 5 hours looking into this and no answer!

Should I quit?
With regards to my last post, I went to check my design on Etsy and found 15-20 copycats that simply just took my design and ran in it a AI software to create the same design only slightly different. Etsy is already difficult and now we must deal with sellers screenshotting our work and copycats. It poses a question in my head: should I just quit? If I put the work in, like I’ve done and find good keywords, create flawless designs, flawless listings they are just stolen. It seems like if I get a bestseller I run the risk of 15-20 if not more sellers just stealing my designs. It seems like you cannot win. What are everyone’s thoughts? I wonder if this is why a lot of successful Etsy sellers move to YouTube to help others sell instead. Some insight would be nice! I need this income but cannot compete with copy cats on the daily…

@Rhonda Gage I don’t think so. Mine was a bestseller first as I was the original designer. The other seller just screenshotted my image, however they still became a best seller because they have a cheaper price and when looking on Etsy, you just see two images the exact same but one cheaper.

Yes I did. They apologized and took it down. It just seems like it will continue to happen.
Don’t be a copycat.
Hey everyone, I recently had a product of mine (digital item) go viral and become a best seller in a matter of a few days. The design took me several hours between making, researching, listing etc. Another seller did a screenshot of my design and started to sell it for 99 cents! One of my customers notified me because she had unfortunately got scammed and bought the screenshotted version. She said she wanted to let me know they stole my work. I was so thankful she let me know! When I went to check it out, this seller had 22 purchases in the last 24 hours and it was a bestseller for her as well. I messaged her asking kindly to take it down and got no response. I then had to report her listing, which was a pain. She still hasn’t responded to me, very frustrating! I went to check today and saw she now has three 1 star reviews for that listing because of the horrible quality. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! My other shop has Temu, Amazon sellers, Aliexpress stealing my work. It’s a huge pain to report and super frustrating. I always hear about it from my customers. Thanks for listening!! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Possibly, sadly they can still steal my image when used on mock-ups. But good suggestion!
Hello everyone,
I’m looking into selling bundles and have been testing delivery through Google Drive. I’ve noticed that after clicking the shareable link and opening the folder for the first time, it can’t be accessed again. Is that normal?

just a tip, always go in an incognito tab afterwards and double check your link works!
I am new, would like some advice on my first sublimation digital file
This image is intended for digital design for sublimation only, is the format correct to deliver to the audience for sublimation digital file?

Hi Katy, Just list it has a PNG file and not sublimation. That is only my opinion. PNG/clipart are in high demand and people can choose what they do with it. Save it as a PNG with a transparent background and you have a great image! I list as PNG’s and my customers can use them for anytning including sublimation if that suits their project. I hope that helps! Also, make sure to save as 300 DPI.
