Hello everyone, I don’t know what exactly influenced it, maybe a bit of everything, but all my lab test results are in normal range, including Trab. I feel great. Can anyone tell me why my eyes are still dry???

@Cameron Jones Yes, eye dryness from Grave’s. Thats interesting, i thought im already getting natural probiotics from food (yogurt, kefir, etc). What kind of bacteria? 🦠

Properly chewing food is an old and effective way to improve health. I chew my food 20 times or more. It took me some time to get used to it, but now im doing it naturally. Thank you to everyone for the sense of community, new knowledge and time ☘️

I’m still trying to develop this habit. It’s a form of meditation. What about snow? In my country, winters come with snow ☃️ I guess its harder to stay for 20 minutes..🙂
