Happy Thanksgiving from Elite Soccer Academy 24
Parents and players, I hope you enjoy today with your families. Be present, eat well, recharge, and appreciate the people around you. I’m grateful for every athlete who shows up hungry to get better and every parent who invests in their kid’s growth. This program is only getting stronger because of the commitment you bring every week. Enjoy the day, and come back ready to work.

Holiday Training Schedule Check In
Parents, many of your players are wrapping up their fall season. Some still have scrimmages. Some have light training. Some have nothing until January. I want to keep every player sharp through the next few weeks, not sliding backward because the season slowed down. I am planning to offer a few extra free sessions to help everyone stay consistent, but I need to know what your schedule looks like over the next couple of weeks. Please vote below and then comment your player’s exact schedule so I can plan the bonus sessions. Poll options 1. Still have full team training 2. Only scrimmages or light sessions 3. Season is done and off until January 4. Mixed schedule and changes week to week In the comments write • Your player’s availability on weekdays and weekends • Any travel days or holiday conflicts • If they want extra sessions during the break Your engagement here helps me build out a smart training plan for the whole group. The more I know, the more I can help your athlete stay sharp and confident through the holidays. Let’s stay consistent. Comment your schedule below.

Niko Romero | Age 10
Hello, my name is Brian and I’m Niko Romero’s dad. Niko plays for Legends FC SGV Boys 2015 and is currently on the Flight 3 team. He’s been playing winger, but we’re hoping to see him transition into striker as he keeps developing. His goal is to earn a spot on the Boys 2015 Flight 1 team by next spring or summer. He’s driven, he loves the game, and he shows up ready to work. He also loves Jesus and serves at church, which makes me proud of the young man he’s becoming. We’re confident we’re in the right place, and we’re excited to see how he grows under Jessie’s coaching.

Engagement Matters More Than Most People Realize
Parents and players, take a good look at this week’s leaderboard. These numbers are not just points. They represent who is showing up, asking questions, sharing wins, supporting others, and driving the community forward. Engagement is one of the strongest predictors of improvement, and the leaderboard reflects who is locked in. 1. Engagement creates momentum. When one parent comments, others join the conversation. When one athlete posts their weekly evaluation, it reminds the rest to stay consistent. Consistent interaction keeps the group active and learning. 2. It gives younger players positive examples to follow. When kids see players like Ethan, Kent, Isaias, Jaxx, and Jazmin posting updates and participating, it pushes them to do the same. This is how inspiration spreads inside a community. 3. It strengthens the parent network. Most of you share the same questions, concerns, and goals. Engaging inside Skool helps you learn from each other and stay aligned with your athlete’s development. The more connected the parents are, the smoother the training journey becomes for the kids. 4. It builds accountability. The players who engage more tend to improve more. This is not a theory. It is a pattern that shows up clearly every single week. How to Score More Points If you want to move up the leaderboard, here are the activities that Skool rewards: - Posting wins or updates - Commenting with helpful or thoughtful insights - Asking questions - Answering questions from others - Joining coaching calls - Completing weekly evaluations - Contributing value in any meaningful way Consistency matters. The more you participate, the more points you earn and the more you improve. Why This Matters This community is built to help your athlete grow. High engagement creates a learning environment where: - Parents get answers faster - Players receive encouragement and clarity - Everyone feels supported - The community becomes stronger This is not just a group feed. It is the off-field support system that elevates the on-field performance.
