Bad at video editing?
Me too! I needed an easy tool that was a bit more flexible/faster than iMovie (I don't want to get bogged down with learning any 'intense/professional' editing software at the moment). I came across this relatively simple editing software called Descript: https://www.descript.com/ Been using it for my past few videos and it has made the process a lot easier/quicker. Kinda limited in its capabilities, but it makes relatively 'simple' editing pretty painless. Some of the main perks: - Transcribes your entire video - You can edit your video with the transcribed text - It's able to remove filler words and silences Has anyone messed around with this tool or has found easy editing software for n00bs like me that they like to use? This post is not sponsored 🙃 Just thought it was cool to share 😎

You're Invited! 7th May Mastermind Call
(4/6 of our accountability calls) Three weeks ago some members of the community started a weekly Zoom call to connect with each other, hold each other accountable, and solve each other's problems. The main goal is to create one piece of content per week, for 6 weeks. To build the habit of creating, and grow your audience. You can see a recording of the first call here. And a recording of the third call here. This weeks call will follow a mastermind format inspired by Think and Grow Rich. Here's how the call will work: A member of the call will be randomly chosen by @Wiktor Romanowicz. The chosen member will describe: 1. Their current situation around synthesizing 2. Their desired situation around synthesizing 3. Any problems that are holding them back from reaching their desired situation. This should take less than 3 minutes, so if you tend to ramble, it could be a good idea to come to the call prepared with a rough idea of what you're going to say. Then the rest of the members of the call will try their best to help the chosen member solve their problem! People can unmute themselves, offer advice, recall times they were in similar situations and what they did, provide content recommendations etc. Ideally responses are short and concise, mindful of everyone's time. Then after roughly 10 minutes, another hotseat member is randomly chosen. I've personally paid a looooooot of money to attend similar mastermind calls, and have received a tonne of value from it (what's more valuable than a group of intelligent people all working on solving your most pressing problems?). The call will go on for around 60 minutes. And even if you're not chosen, chances are people are going through similar problems to you, so it'll still be valuable. Plus teaching is the best way to learn.

Thanks for the feedback Corey! 🤣 I'm sorry to hear about your luck if it helps, some people believe good fortune follows after bird shit. Maybe it's a sign for things to come?

My main takeaways would be: •I can only control the attempt the result will be whatever it is •To live a great life I must do the best I can to better myself so that I may better serve my community •Finally, how the Greeks define good and evil. The Greek word for ‘good’ (agathon) does not have a moral meaning. It just means ‘beneficial’. Conversely, the word for ‘evil’ (kakon) means ‘not beneficial’.
Introduction
Hi everyone, I'm Kennedy, I'm 26 and live in London After suffering from the 'ick' of the 9-5 rat race one too many times, this year I've decided to follow a career I'm confident I'll no longer experience the 'ick': entrepreneurship The content I enjoy mostly surrounds comics/manga, philosophy and self-improvement. A short while ago, I silently started a YouTube channel to document my journey of personal development and share tips and insight along the way. I say silently because I want to see how many strangers find value in the content I share so I've not told any friends or family I'm here to achieve financial freedom and I feel I'm in amazing company!
