Yesss sir!
Your phone is not ringing off the hook with clients
What is your outreach plan? Do you have one? Who do you need to reach out to? How many people? How will you prioritize your outreach? What will you say?

I’m honestly just keeping it simple right now. I’m reaching out to small business owners I already follow or see pop up on my feed that look like they could use help with their social media. I don’t really have a big system yet, but I’m starting with about 5 people a day and just building from there. I’m focusing more on genuine conversations instead of forcing anything. So I’ll usually just say something like, “Hey, I love what you’re doing with your business. If you ever need help staying consistent online, I’d be happy to support.
Do you really need more leads?
Be honest, what’s harder for you: getting leads, or knowing what to say once you have them? 👀 I shared an article yesterday breaking this down… curious where you land on it. You can check the article here.

I actually really connected with your article. The way you explained the whole ‘more leads vs better conversion’ thing made a lot of sense. It low-key checked me too, because I’ve definitely been focusing on lead gen instead of fixing the engine. Really good breakdown.
Which photo you like for social profile?
Feedback so far is that they are nice but I need to smile instead of looking like a super villain! 🤣

The 2nd eatssss!!!
I didn’t know who I was.
I didn’t know who I was. That was the real problem. Not sales technique. Not confidence.Identity. When you don’t know who you are, you sell from insecurity. You talk too much. You try to perform. You chase validation instead of leading the conversation. Once I realized that, everything changed. Instead of trying to sound confident, I started showing up as myself. I stopped treating sales like a performance and started treating it like a partnership. Here is the process that shifted everything: 1. I wrote down truths about who I am on separate cards. 2. One card per truth. No paragraphs. Just the identity. 3. Every morning I read them out loud until it became automatic. 4. I stopped letting the prospect decide how I feel about my value. Simple, but powerful. The moment you lead from identity, pressure disappears. You stop chasing. You start guiding. And people feel the difference. If this hit you, comment and tell me what identity statement you are committing to this week.

Mhmmm this is good. I’ve been unlearning that ‘performing’ mindset and leaning into just being myself .. no pressure, no proving.
