Answer to your 1st Q: Tyson says offer them what they NEED, it might be their emails that are bad maybe they don't have a welcome sequence emails, maybe their sales page is features focused instead of benefits. You have to put on your copywriting glasses, look at their copy, spot the weak point then improve it for them and send over ur value (taking in regard outreach rules)

2nd Q answer: Start with the classroom here on skool it's the copy starter kit. On YT start learning how to write emails "it's the easiest" and start writing your own copy to get better. Then learn how to write sales/landing pages, this will help you evaluate your prospects copy (since most of it either emails or sales pages)
