Beautiful Score
Those of you who play in person might get a kick out of this. I just bought a hardwood DM screen with a 1080p 15 inch LCD monitor. I chose Purple wood with Paduak hinges and inlay. This is not the one I ordered but here are some pictures of what mine will look like but with personalized engravings. I'm excited.

How Do You Get Players Started?
I am sold on moving the games I GM to a more proactive style and I am lucky enough to have plenty of players that would like to play at my tables. My question is how do you get players on board with the proactive style? - Do you ask them to read the book? Just the first chapter? - Do you just discuss/pitch it at the table? - Do you suggest looking for players already on board or converting the players already in my orbit? Any thoughts or experiences are welcome.

I think this is an excellent question and having just finished reading the book, it's something I did feel was lacking. This isn't something you just decide to start doing as a GM - it actually might put just as much effort on the players. Some guidance from @Tristan Fishel/@Jonah Fishel on 'selling' it to your players and getting them started would be helpful here.
