Does anyone have experience filing form 1065 and K1 for a foreign owned Multimember LLC with no activity or income. I looked into James Baker's resources and there's not much info about how to file. I'd greatly appreciate some feedback!

So how i open LLC company, bank account and everything? im still not sure why I need multiple person LLC and not single

i couldn't understand what is the problem with single member llc and whether i should open a single or multiple-member LLC I am not US resident my clients are outside of the US I don't have US service providers or employees I sell digital products
