transition out of 9–5 feels incredibly hard
I’m currently standing at a point that could be a real breakthrough, but it feels heavy. I’ve been working on building my service, and I can see the potential… but the transition out of my 9–5 feels incredibly hard. Even if I earned enough to cover my monthly costs, the fear of uncertainty would still hold me back. Part of me keeps thinking: What if I can’t maintain it? How do you ensure you always have your monthly budget set in store:)

@Aaron Fletcher They fired me yesterday haha, what a coincidence, but yes! I will do that. I even have my offer ready. I dont have all digital assets prepared. Creating digital assets when I am looking for a job and paying bills and dealing with reality is not easy at all, but still its easier than living in the harsh conditions of the 9-5 system.( because I know I can do so much better).

I get that completely. I also wrote a list of things I’m ready to sacrifice, if that’s what it takes for freedom. Reading your answer is making me change my perception and to make new decisions. Like for example to create a strategy in case of everything going wrong. Steps that I can always take without thinking, I can just put it in writing and have it ready - in case of emergencies. Having optimism is necessary but having an exit strategy is also necessary. have a lovely day Kimesha:))))
Market Research: AI or....?
I'm deep into the market research aspect of building a new brand and product roadmap + the whole GW process. Where we all used to use the 10-Minute Market Recon tools (i.e. FB, YT, Google, semrush, Soovle, Ubersuggest, etc.) ... ... is everyone simply using AI?? Or are you still using the original tools too? I'm getting so much done with AI research but wondering if I'm missing something by not using the other suite of tools that have been historically useful. Tell me your favorite tools and what process is working best for you these days. 👌

I use perplexity.ai for research. Using AI will save you tons of time.
Currency
Is "clarity" a currency? EVERYTHING I do and teach comes down to clarity. And from THAT clarity they will get customers. But I can NOT make x customers the currency because EVERYONE of my clients is responsibly for their OWN success plus they all have a different business model. Some need, 5 a month, some 1..... How about 100% clarity?

All clients are different and we must adopt fast, to understand fast who we can help and who is not a perfect fit. I love that lesson from 5-Day-Challenge Course.
FULL CIRCLE MOMENT
Six years ago, I couldn’t even use PowerPoint. I was stuck at the very beginning — unsure how to build, how to teach, and how to turn my calling into something real. Then I found the Fletcher Method (later Growthworks),or should I say The Fletcher Method found me? For the first time, I had a compass — something that showed me what was possible and gave me the steps to start. That foundation changed everything. It gave me the knowledge to: ✅ Build, promote, and sell a brick-and-mortar business ✅ I’ve used funnels and social media to grow communities and revenue ✅ I stepped into consulting churches and helping others build what I once couldn’t And now — for the first time — I’ve stepped fully into my voice and my mission. I’m launching a coaching program for Christians secretly battling addiction — not through therapy, rehab, or religious fluff… but through a 28-day spiritual emergency framework that actually stabilizes the heart, mind, and spirit. What I’m creating today was birthed in the seed of what I learned here. So if you’re in the early stages, unsure and overwhelmed…Let me say: 👉 The systems work. 👉 Your voice matters. 👉 And if you keep going — you’ll come full circle too. Just wanted to share this moment with the people, @Aaron Fletcher, who unknowingly helped me start it. Let’s build. Let’s serve. Let’s keep going. — Darryl

Do the reps, and dont overthink. We tend to think its gonna be fact, but success requires patience.
I have 100% success rate. Lemme explain.
Had a sales call today, and the woman asked me: “What’s your success rate?” Now, I get it — that question is baked into the coaching space. We’re conditioned to look for testimonials, stats, proof. And yes — I have students who’ve had powerful breakthroughs and real results from my programs. But here’s the truth: I don’t 100% claim their success as my doing. I honor that they stood in commitment to their identity. That’s what truly created the result. Because the work I do? It’s not just strategy. It’s identity work. Nervous system work. Emotional labor. Internal rewiring. And let’s be honest — that’s the real work of entrepreneurship. You can’t outsource that. You can’t “guarantee” that. And as a mentor, I had to learn this the hard way. My nervous system became jacked because I watched women pay $3,000 to work with me… and never log into the course. Never book the calls. Never do the work. And I blamed myself for years for this. But not anymore So let’s be clear: Their results are not fully my responsibility. My success rate? 100%. Because I show up. I deliver. And I embody what I teach — every. single. time. 📌 If you’re a mentor, coach, or guide reading this: Stop confusing your value with someone else’s follow-through. You can hand someone the keys… but they still have to drive the car.

You can always guarantee that if a person commits to doing the steps and doesn't give up when it gets hard, they will succeed. You can promise them that if they commit for 90 days, it will be faster — but life goes up and down, and they must learn to survive the waves.

Phase of learning is over, time to dive into non-thinking space where action, movement, fast decision's even if they are wrong are put above anything.
