A hard lesson... No Prompt History in Antigravity
Antigravity does not remember the prompts from a previous work session! After closing Antigravity yesterday and opening it again this morning (with the intention of memorializing the prompts I used to generate the app)... I learned, to my chagrin, that Antigravity does not log the chat window. Going forward I will manually record the prompts I use to create/modify an app.

Sure it does look up in the top right corner there's a clock symbol that has a arrow circle around it that's your past chats
Antigravity is a beast!
Just wanted to come in and tell everyone that if you haven't tried the new Antigravity from Google, you should check it out. Thing has been smashing through projects for me, and it's more than just an IDE, it's like an entire operating system if you use it right. Research, generate content, generate images I mean seriously this thing does everything Gemini 3 can do, but with a multi-agent type setup straight on your PC. I've been loving it!

@Corbin Brown said it best, this thing is a fucking agentic powerhouse. You can do so much more than code with it, you can set up entire content pipelines, get things together for social media. plan your marketing, write entire books on what you've built. I mean, it's cray cray what this thing can do when you start treating it LIKE GEMINI and not just like an IDE.
Difference between Antigravity & Cursor?
Fundamentally, if I'm trying to write code or build an or anything, what should I use? Tbh it's weird trying to pick between since I literally never done coding before but would love to get input. Specifically I'm trying to build a software / script that can go on the internet and subscribe to ecom brands. Good place to start to get dem BFCM discounts 🤣

If you're building to go on Google, I'd use Antigravity, been pretty painless imo, and that's as someone who is still learning to code and how to use google Cloud. Does an excellent job of walking you through the process. If you're looking for a full blown app? I'd probably still use Cursor, more access to more models for planning and coding and getting creative. That's my humble opinion.
Can’t Wait for the Next Lessons in the Vibe-Coding Series?
I know a bunch of you are still waiting on the big vibe-coding series — especially the backend lessons. I didn’t forget. Editing hours of raw footage just takes time. In the meantime, if you want to start leveling up your backend fundamentals, I already made a full 2+ hour video on this topic. It’ll give you everything you need while the new series cooks. 🔥 watch here -> https://youtu.be/oNT2VZGH1ZI

Episode 2 Is Live — Vibe Code Your App’s Core Value 🏆
The next episode in the Google AI Studio Vibe Coding Series is here! In this one, we’ll focus on defining and building your app’s core value — the feature that makes your idea truly stand out. We’re still building thumio.com, the AI editor for YouTube thumbnails (think Photoshop, rebuilt with AI). You’ll see how Google AI Studio helps shape product logic and flow before writing a single line of code. Watch here -> https://youtu.be/ECB3pBkYqz4

@Brooks Conkle so here's the wrinkle. As you use this everything that you do is given to Google to train their models. I'm okay with that when I'm vibe coding and building, if you take and switch it over to using an API key that you actually pay for That gives you enterprise level protections on your sandbox. At that point Google quits using your stuff for training they do retain the information only for protection against abuse and other issues like that. As for how I've seen it change, being able to compare outputs, being able to add a system prompt, being able to make this entire environment into something that works for you and it's built for you. This is everything that the Gemini advanced app should be, but I know they keep them separate because people who develop and are looking to get stronger will gravitate to Google AI studio.

@Brooks Conkle And yes they have a very generous free tier. And why I'm waiting for the rest of this series to finish, so I can move my app to firebase easier than I have been able to in the past, firebase also offers a very generous free tier. I'll admit I'm a big fan of Google and their plan for AI so far.
