@Sam Ovens the gamification feature is amazing and we want to use it in one of our free/lto communities to boost the engagement in order to unlock more rewards but in our other 'premium' community I would like the option to grand levels manually. In my example, we have a course + coaching and the student can progress through 6 stages of the program. The progress could be visualized with levels. This way everyone can see how far each member has progressed. I would like the option to manually 'upgrade' them to a higher level whenever they have completed a stage by finishing the course + 'exam' or validating with a coach. So in my case I'm not using the levels in order to unlock things, but to show the community where everyone is at and give them a level 'reward badge' to show off their progress. A different usecase for manually upgrading to certain levels would be a pay-to-win feature. Some people don't want to engage that much in order to unlock certain content. They would rather pay money for it. Well, why refuse the money :) The game pay-to-win market is huge, so i guess it'll work here as well.

@Trent Grzegorczyk true, it defeats the engagement tactic, but we use the leaderboard for that and reward the most engaging members. the levels is an additional layer, which could be used this way. Otherwise I would love to see custom badges that we can create as admins and reward members with. how about that idea, would that be hard to implement?

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe i found the issue! there was an email with invite link lingering around, so we deleted it. any way to fully disable the link or change it so it cannot do more harm in the future?
