First of all, it's nice to see how you advance with your products and services from time to time by reading your newsletters and watching your videos! How do you think about a learning community with the option where learners/members can get in touch with others by solving some small-size example projects or tasks for a customer to confirm his ability to work on large-scale projects. IMHO, this would make an USP compared to other business networks by removal of traditional understanding of applications to jobs on the hand, as job seekers would no longer need to be hired before they could actually show their skills and potential while providing their real interest to the customer. On the other hand, the customer could pick the right candidates for his jobs through comparison of the delivered solutions without a need of hiring someone. This kind of gamification would be some kind of a challenge that could speed up the learning process of members and talent search where everyone could have a chance to advance in his career. Maybe my opinion is not applicable for any business idea, but at least for IT projects it could be something new 🤷‍♂️
