Pumpkin treat
Pumpkin spice protein ice cream. I have a Ninja Creami. I used a scoop of protein powder, Greek yogurt, a dash of vanilla, a dash of salt, one can of pumpkin, one can of Fairlife milk, and cinnamon pumpkin pie spice. All in a bowl made 2 pints of ice cream. Place freezer over night treat as needed.

BPC-157 / TB-500 5mg/5mg so what is this combination? I want to save money but I think a combination would be easier to start. I have never done this before. I don't really want a bunch of stuff to try to figure out.

I guess what I struggle with if I drink protein then I am not hungry but I don't enough for the protein so I have to supplement. I am starting to make protein ice cream which has about grams of protein.

Sleep reset I am 59. I was having a hard falling sleep and winding down at night. Now I fall asleep and then wake up. I have brain fog, I can get moody, I feel tired all the time even when I sleep. I would like try to reset my body feel better.
