Hi! Im still imperfectly here! Work and stress about my son have been kicking my butt recently, I did stress eat a bit. Now I had a talk with myself, remembering who the F I am! And am moving forward. I'm sorry I've not been active this week, something had to give and it wasnt going to be sleep. Sleep is my savior most days. Biggest win: stopped a downward spiral of poor food choices in the same day. Biggest challenge: is fitting in the workouts right now One thing Ive locked in for the rest of the week are my workouts and food prep, and a bonus of clarity to help the emotional turmoil that has been inflicted on me from a work stand point. Im distancing myself and possibly working towards something new, we shall see.

Good morning!!! I intentionally had a reset day yesterday. I did ALL of the things that I planned on doing to set up for this week. Shopped and meal prepped for breakfasts, snacks and lunch. Planned dinners for the week, kitchen clean and organized to start the week, workouts planned, exercise clothes ready. I also did a self check in, I've been inundated with alot of pressure from work and my home life is difficult as I am a caretaker for my adult son with chronic illness, (this can go wonky at any time and does so often) I found myself in a victim mentality, so not me, but I think it was also imposter syndrome. So I did a self check in and shifted, I am in the power seat now. Lets hit this week!

Procrastination
I swear I am the most productive person when I procrastinate!!! I will do all sorts of things to justify not doing what I should be doing, (that I really don't want to do) As I have mentioned 1458 times, my work right now is very demanding and unfortunately I need to work this weekend to remotely keep my head above water. But I find myself being super productive doing all of the things to avoid it. That cupboard hinge that is dangling for the last 2 months, needs to be done this instant. The kitchen cart "needs" to be built, even though its been sitting in the box for a while....Its finally warm enough to put away the holiday stuff that has been still on the porch....well maybe that needed to get done for sure,,,but you get the gist. So I'm being super productive, avoiding the thing I should be doing. So I'm going to suck it up the next few hours and get work done too. I'd like to turn in my adult card right about now!
