Borderline personality disorder
What does it actually mean to have borderline personality disorder? it means that every single day you live with an intense fear of abandonment from the people that you love even though you know, nobody’s going anywhere. it means that it’s very hard to have stable relationships. it comes along with a distorted self image, which can have multiple repercussions. impulsive and risky behavior and impulsive and risky decision decision-making. Chronic feelings of emptiness feeling like you’re worth nothing like you’re never gonna be anything nobody’s ever gonna love you. The emotional instability that comes along with all this is exhausting. You can’t control your emotions one second you feel on top of the world and the next second you don’t even wanna be here. that’s followed by inappropriate and intense anger, and this can be directed towards anybody or yourself… another aspect of this disorder is self harm. This is a topic that we’ll touch on later. You know what else it means to have borderline personality disorder? To be able to love more than anybody to be able to feel so deeply that it’s both a blessing and a curse. To be able to be counted on because if you’re in somebody’s corner, you will ride till the death for them.These are just a few things that I’ve noticed and I’m gonna take you on my journey with me through life love all of it💜
