Video Hosting recommendation?
Want to post all of my Q&A calls on skool (2 years worth + a lot more coming) and it seems like with wistia the costs will go through the roof lol. With vimeo, the max they offer is 7TB total space. With youtube, the obvious con are the recommended videos which become a distraction. What's the best place you would recommend to host the q&a call videos? @Sam Ovens

FWIW I second Vimeo. 7TB = 7000+/- 1GB videos, right? If your videos are over 1GB each, maybe reduce their size with Handbrake? Or get more than one vimeo account?
Now you can see who liked/disliked your posts or comments
Now you can see who liked your post or comment by hovering over the score. We show you how many people liked and how many people disliked. We show you who liked, but not who disliked. The reason for this is simple: We don't want people to be afraid of others holding a grudge against them because they disliked their post or comment. We want people to dislike things if they believe it's irrelevant, wrong, or of little value. People are more likely to dislike things if they know they're anonymous to the poster. But here's where things get interesting! Admins and moderators can see who liked and who disliked. Why can admins see this? Because they're responsible for moderating the community. Knowing who disliked something is crucial for moderating discussion. The dislikers could be the smartest most honest people in the group, or the most negative spiteful people in the group. By knowing who liked and who disliked, admins and moderators can get a more accurate perspective and make better moderation decisions. They can also see who's abusing the dislike feature and remove them from the group. Removing detractors (whether its posts, comments, or members) is a powerful way to lift the average of your community. 1st image shows you what users see. 2nd image shows you what admins/moderators see.

Thank you @Sam Ovens; great work! Really looking forward to using this. On that note, I have a quick question. Should we consider the "like/dislike" function similar to how we use it on FB? It seems a bit different to me & I'd like your or your team's view. I imagine that "like" in the Skool context says, "This is correct, useful, or important" whereas in the FB context it means something like "I personally resonate with this." How do you think of this difference? I don't want to start liking things because I'm resonating with them if in fact the whole purpose of this function is to boost or highlight the comments I find useful or the questions I believe are important. It could just be confusing. I also think the "like" function on FB is designed in such a way that it polarizes people and I am guessing that is definitely not the intent here. Any clarifications on this?

@Sam Ovens Got it. Thanks!
Dev team, FYI
@Sam Ovens This is what I see using Firefox, latest build, on a Mac running Mojave. It looks right on Chrome and Safari. Notice the names instead of icons. Might just be me, dunno. Just thought to share since you're working on V2.0

@Sam Ovens This seems resolved; I'm not seeing the issue anymore. Skool 2.0 looks great. Looking forward to exploring it. Thank you!
Building skool 2.0 (why we've been quiet)
Hey team! I thought I'd share why we haven't been as active posting and commenting on skool recently. We're heads-down focused building "skool 2.0". We've taken all the data, usage patterns, and feedback from all of you over the past 6-months and it's clear to us what changes need to be made. So instead of incremental improvements in short cycles (like we've been doing so far), we're making some big improvements over a longer cycle. You're going to love what's coming your way with the new version! So far this year we've made improvements to images in posts (they look much better now), and we finally made it possible for you to upload your own profile photo. Both these changes are live. As soon as skool 2.0 is live I'll let all of you know! Till then, we may not be as engaged within the community discussions. Just wanted to let you know why.

@Sam Ovens Super exciting; thanks for the word!
Possible to edit profile picture?
I'd like to replace mine every now and again. Seems like I entered this as a share instead of a question. Oops, sorry about that!
