Cold Calling -- Leave a Message?
I'm new to cold calling and was wondering when people don't answer the calls do you leave a message or loop back at another time and try to catch people in person?

@Brandon Parker can voicemails be automated? I would think that leaving a VM would be as good as Ringless voicemail.. which is better than no contact? And you can still always call back again.

Cold Calling With or Without Pricing Comps?
For those experienced cold callers, when you could call people do you already have an idea of what there property might be worth by using services liked PRYCD or do you wait until you receive a warm or hot lead before pulling price data?

@Brandon Parker is the 1st call one that would be done by a VA or your first time talking to them? Also, what qualifiers are typically used to determine motivation?
