What reverse lead magnet would you build?
If you had an hour with Claude Code, what would you create that makes your leads say, ā€œYou built this for me… for free?ā€ Drop your ideas below - let’s crowdsource.

@Jayson Lee what do you mean?
🚨Stop Sending PDFs - Build This Instead
Nobody wants to download another guide… Nobody wants to ā€œread moreā€ā€¦ And definitely nobody wants to do the work themselves. So we changed the game. We replaced our entire cold email strategy with AI-built micro SaaS apps. And reply rates jumped from ~0.5% → 4%+ (even in tough niches). ⚔ What changed? Instead of sending: ā€œHere’s a PDF / guide / resourceā€¦ā€ We now send: ā€œHere’s something already built for you.ā€ That one shift changes everything. 🧠 The system (simple breakdown) Step 1 - Find ONE real problem Not 10. Just one thing that actually hurts their business right now. Step 2 - Use AI to generate app ideas Prompt we use: ā€œI run an X agency targeting X clients. Generate micro SaaS app ideas as cold email lead magnetsā€¦ā€ We test across Claude / GPT / Gemini → pick the sharpest idea Step 3 - Build the app (no coding needed) Using Claude Code: • define inputs • define outputs • simple UI • clear CTA Takes ~1 hour per vertical. Step 4 - Host it simply • Vercel (frontend) • Supabase (backend) Free tiers are enough to start. Step 5 - Change the outreach Instead of pitching… Email 1: ā€œHey [Name], should I build this for you?ā€ That’s it. Short. Curious. Personal. Step 6 - Deliver value instantly Once they reply: Send them a personalized app link (pre-filled with their data) Now they’re not imagining value… They’re experiencing it. Step 7 - Retarget everyone Embed tracking inside the app. Anyone who interacts = automatically added to follow-ups. šŸ“ˆ What happened? • Higher reply rates • More booked calls • Stronger intent • One app → unlimited leads And the craziest part? Even non-technical team members can now build these. šŸ’” The real shift Old approach: ā€œHere’s something to read.ā€ New approach: ā€œHere’s something already working for you.ā€ This took about a week to dial in once. Now it’s a repeatable system across every niche. If you’re still sending PDFs as lead magnets… You’re making your prospects work. And that’s where you lose them.

This is amazing… love this idea. Will implement ASAP!
Vector Store
Do you guys store everything in one Vector Store, or do you split them up based on use case?

If it’s for AI knowledge base I use a vector store, but for more standard database use cases, user accounts, etc… I use Firebase (Google)
Vercel vs Firestore
Has anyone used Firestore to host your website/web app instead of Vercel? If so, can you share your experience?

@Darrick Richardson I did end up using vercel and love it so far. Super easy!

@Manny A ok thanks, I’ll check not ont!
Micro SaaS idea. Is it worth building?
Before I spend 60–80 hours building this, I’d love feedback from anyone here who has actually built SaaS before. I’m thinking about building a missed-call text-back micro SaaS for home service businesses (plumbers, demo companies, contractors, etc.). The idea is to target owner-operators who are usually on jobs and miss calls. When they miss a call, the system would automatically text the customer back, allow the owner to continue the conversation, and include things like follow-up messaging, call tracking, and basic lead tracking. Plan would be to acquire customers through cold email outreach. I see a lot of people here helping businesses with GoHighLevel, but I was thinking about building something simple myself with Claude Code. Is this worth pursuing? I’m looking for experience-based feedback, not just opinions.

I went through a similar path and did end up creating my own web app. The initial part of the build was very fast, very good and I could not believe what I had built. However, the devil is in the details and ironing out all the little things that really make the app ready for production is where most of the challenge comes. Thinks like payment processing, user accounts, account email confirmation, etc. in my opinion, definitely work it but definitely a lot of work. Hope this helps!
