This might stop someone from joining your private group
Lately, I've been putting myself into the shoes of potential community members. Not literally. I do have shoes of my own. But mentally I've brainstormed things that might stop someone from hitting the all-important Join Group button. So here's one thing for the owners of private groups to consider - and maybe something for Skool itself to think about. Quite often, when you're looking at a private group's profile and About page, you have no way of telling how active the place is. Sure, we can see how many members there are and how many of them are online... ... although this latter metric is worryingly ambiguous. Are they online within Skool itself or specifically active within the group? (I suspect it's within the group but I realise I genuinely don't know - anybody?) Already, these questions feel like too much friction for the average visitor. Especially when it's a paid group. Because their big fear is, they could slap down $27-$97 for the coming month and stride purposefully inside... only for tumbleweeds to roll past them in a howling void. One immediate workaround that springs to mind for us community owners is to always update our About page text to include the current month. And year. ๐Ÿ‘€ The idea is to make our communities look as alive and buzzing on the outside as they hopefully are on the inside, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW. But I wonder if there's anything else that could be done to indicate how active a private group is inside? Facebook groups do this by telling visitors many new posts were made in the last week. But for example, could something like a temperature gauge graphic convey current group activity? ๐ŸŸก ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸŸ  ๐Ÿ‘‰ ๐Ÿ”ด What do you think?

@Dave Heraud Thanks Dave! Yes, good point, a free trial would sweep away that initial fear. (Hopefully!) ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘Š

๐Ÿ† Ranked #634 in less than 24 hours after launching my first group
Update: #491 ๐Ÿ˜Ž Yesterday I was unsure if I should even start, so I really wasn't expecting this. Shoutout to @Tinos Pi for helping me pull the trigger! If you're on the fence, just do it, just launch! You have something to teach at least one person! P.S. I have no email list and 7 followers on Instagram lol, so idk what to say.

๐Ÿ„ 200 members in 14 days. (organic)
Skool is more amazing than you even realize. We did this with no: - Paid Ads - Social Media Blasts - Raspberry Lemonade All 14 days after launching. Here's how we did THAT. - Competitions to win our software for FREE for 1 year ($3,300 Value) - Cash Competitions - Breakthrough Challenges - 2 Masterminds Per Week - Taco Tuesdays (@Jeffrey Buoncristiano's idea) - And this week we also rollout weekly affirmation sessions + recordings SO. If youre considering BOOSTING THEM NUMBERS Get crazy I MEAN CRAZY and SKOOL LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER SKOOLED BEFORE. and you can get it exclusively with a bit of hard work.

Resize the courses in the classroom tab
Right now it is 3 columns wide, but what if we could just make one course fill the width of the 3 columns. I want just one course to be wide enough to cross the whole screen. I want my free group members to just go through one classroom course

Wow, I did not expect you to want one-course width! But yes, it would be nice to be able to choose the arrangement.

@Bijan Izadi I agree. If you have one course, then that does simplify everything.
