I am working out every day right now. Not because I “have to,” but because my energy, focus, and results are at their peak when I train daily. How often do you train and what’s your reasoning behind that number?
Yo I'm Jamie, 5'8 at 56 kg, 18 years old in South England. My goals are to eventually bulk up to 65/70 kg, become a decent boxer, run a quarter marathon in our town, start making videos about improving young people's lives and get decent grades for my exam resits.
