Probiotics to clean my gut
I have watched the gut chapter in the testosterone program. You have mentioned the foods to eat and the supplements to take to clean your gut. I am taking exactly everything you mentioned on that list regards to food and supplements to clean my gut including the macros you have mentioned earlier 20% protein, 25% fat, carbs for the rest. You also mentioned taking these 4 probiotics… - Bifidobacteria - Lactobacilli - Saccharomyces Boulardii - Soil-Based Probiotics Do I take all 4 of these? If so I want to know if these are good supplements for me to take. I couldn’t necessarily find a probiotic that strictly said “soil-based” but something similar came up in the search bar. Will these probiotics work?

@Aleks Fidurski for the most part I’m pretty consistent. I’d say I’ll have fast food once-twice a week. Usually a burger with some chocolate ice cream, than on a different day if I’m craving it I’ll eat a few chocolate donuts in one sitting and do that about once a week, I probably have eaten a cheat snack here and there as well. I’ll usually stay 100% consistent for 1-2 days before I start craving some sort of cheat meal. I’ve been eating exactly like this for 3 weeks now. Most of the time I only do 1 cheat meal per day if I’m going to have one. just to keep myself honest and accountable I’d say I have 1 cheat snack or 1 cheat meal probably 4 days a week, I never eat multiple cheat snacks or cheat meals on the same day though, only when I crave it. What’s weird is I only get my possible bacterial overgrowth symptoms from fruit juice (especially watermelon) and coffee

Oxalates and Phytic acids
Apparently phytic acids stop the absorption of iron, zinc, calcium. And oxalates apparently mess with calcium and magnesium? Not sure if that is true or not. Just want to hear other people’s takes on it
