No Excuses November - Challenge #1 is Hands
Want to get better? Don't know where to start? Start here. Start with my artwork. Trace my hands in all the different positions and then practice what you just traced in the blank space below. Then do it again. Then again. Download and print these practice sheets as many times as you need. Revisit the Hands Art Hacks for further instruction. And then keep practicing. Share your practice in the replies below (even if its not the practice sheets)! All throughout November I will be revisiting my art hacks, creating practice sheets for them, and sharing them here every single day for you all. No excuses. It's time to practice. Join me and post your hands below!

I really really like this idea!

Been a hot minute since I've been able to sit down and draw but I found a gray page sketchbook and a quill pen in my supplies and decided it'd be fun to play with?

@Tasha Jeffcoat thanks! I'm seeking a simpler way to draw and used two different nibs and it ended up being easier then I expected

@N. Colin Dyer I'll give it a go! Thanks!
I found a sketch book
I've heard of the 8 heads method before but applying it to a line of action helped it become a lot more applicable and helped it click~

The last of the Human Art Hacks added!
Hair, Facial Hair, and Wrinkles have been added! Obviously there are plenty more things to talk about when it comes to drawing humans but we are taking a break for October to focus on all things fantasy and monsters starting with armor! If your character has armored pieces or you've always wanted to get better at incorporating armor in your character designs check out the last couple videos

Hair is my favorite thing to draw!
Round 2!
Faces and expressions have always been a serious growth area for me, so this kind of sketching is helping me work the problem, and I'm starting to see improvements in real time. Thank you so much, these studies are helping me pull out of the art block!

@N. Colin Dyer I'm definitely feeling more comfortable. Getting myself to go back to foundational skills is definitely difficult but it always helps every time I do it. I'm excited to apply this to my characters!
