💥 Success Is a Choice, Not Luck 💥
Most people think success “just happens” to others. They look at successful investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners and say things like: “They were lucky.” “They had connections.” “They started at the right time.” Let me tell you something straight… that’s complete nonsense. Success has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with choice. It’s about deciding to take action when others make excuses. It’s about showing up when no one’s watching. It’s about saying “yes” to opportunities even when you don’t feel ready. I wasn’t “lucky” when I built my first multi-million-pound portfolio. I was broke, scared, and had no clue what I was doing… But I made a decision... to go all in, learn the game, and never quit. 👉 Action creates confidence. 👉 Confidence creates results. 👉 Results create momentum. Hey Everyone! Just came across this Medway Council is looking to bring new licensing scheme for HMOs across seven areas including Chatham, Gillingham, Luton and Strood. They’re saying it’s in response to more issues around mould, fire safety, and poor housing conditions. Basically, every new rental in those areas might soon need a license and meet extra standards. If you’ve got properties or deals around Medway, this is definitely something to keep an eye on. From previous experience I would say a bit of both as I know many people who’ve experienced bad landlords who would never respond to requests for essential repairs and leave the tenant to pay the cost themselves, and only when the tenant refused to pay the monthly rent was the money reimbursed However on the other hand I’m quite cynical when it comes to most council proposals, so who knows ? Only time will tell !

@Carey Marley What property route are you planning to go down Carey ? I’ve just completed on Friday the Commercial Conversion 3 day Bootcamp, a hell of a lot of information to absorb , but it does give you a lot of confidence and self belief !
