Day one is in the books. I started strong with my mindset recording and the noon coaching call, and that helped set the tone. My goals for the day were 4 conversations, 2 appointments, and 1 presentation. I ended with 2 conversations and 1 appointment. The afternoon went sideways with some deal drama and I let myself get pulled into it, which threw off my focus and the rest of my plan. Overwhelm definitely crept in, especially when I started thinking about everything I want to get done during this challenge along with my daily non-negotiables. The win for today is that I tightened up my calendar for tomorrow. I blocked time for prospecting, team training, prepping for a new agent starting next week, and even the pieces that usually derail me like walking the dog, breakfast, and exercise. Having it all laid out already feels like relief. Not a perfect day, but a good start — and I’m committed to showing up again tomorrow and hitting my numbers. Side note: Isaiah asked for things to improve. Would be nice for planning purposes to know a suggested amount of time we should allocate to each day's challenge item.
