How effective is bee pollen? Is it any good?

I wanted to recommend this product to you, I have been using this product for about 2 months. this gives me good energy, I put this on my tongue, the taste is not great but I feel the energy from this few minutes after. I get more focus from this and I think it has done some good things for my hormones, at least I have started growing hair on my fingers, something I didn't have before. 😄
