Do you have leads but struggle with negotiating or closing deals?
I’ve been in wholesaling for 2 years and run my own call center that does cold calling. However, due to my other business commitments, I need to shift most of the call center operations to that industry. I'm concerned that there won't be enough leads for me and the 3 closers on my team. Currently, the four of us can handle around 400 QUALITY leads, and our average right now is 350, with the current number of cold callers. But starting in February, most of them won’t be able to work, so we’re looking to hire 5 VAs. But we’re more open to offering a good percentage of the assignment fee to anyone who brings us quality leads, as long as they speak native-level English. So, if you’re doing lead generation in CA, FL, NC, GA, or OH, just bring us the leads, and we’ll handle EVERYTHING ELSE! We’ll negotiate the best price, put the property under contract, find a buyer, and pay you a great percentage! If you're interested, we can even provide you with lists to start calling!

Interesting, is that ie 400 per day you want? Or 400/ week? I'd love to hear your buy strategy. Do you buy listed properties , or ie 95% off market??

Ok - I read the rules. Is there some posted buy boxes here? And can you turn chatting on ? Or does it unlock at a certain level. Having the carrot of your content in classroom release at level 4 should effectively get rid of people , if thats your goal. How do we figure out who is leading here and what they believe/do ?

@Michael Ulrich I have been licensed agent for 37 years- I loved helping my clients, and I had always wanted to build a cash flowing portfolio. But my free time went to family and having fun at the lake boating in summer and snow skiing in the winter. So I stopped selling property and I am just focused on attaining commercial real estate, this is the year I expecto to get to 100 doors.
