I don’t appreciate yall buying up all the Reta lol jk

I decided to give my body a break from GLP's for a while. I stopped everything (11/11/25) but Gluta. I am looking to get back into things, but not sure if I should wait until Jan or start back in Dec. My stack I was looking at was: Triz, Cagri, Gluta. Maybe try Survo not quite sure yet. The reason for my break was due to me being on 15mg Triz, stalled for a few months. Tried intermittent fasting, Cagri, light working out, watching what I eat, no eating after 8pm. Nothing worked to move my scale, so I figured I would break for a month or so. Has anyone taken a break and started back on the dose they were on? I was going to start back on 12.5 or 10 but not sure. Thoughts UPDATE: Been on Triz since June or July 2023. Worked great for my A1C (main reason I was only it) was always a slow loser but never had a period where I would go several months with no loss. I don't want to look into Reta bc of previous cardiac issues (sudden cardic arrest the end of March) and I heard Reta can cause rapid heart rate. I don't do much fast food, no soda at all. Diet has been okay.

Where does everyone buy their syringes? Im looking for the easy touch ones.
