Hey everyone! I’m Keiti 👋
I’m Keiti 👋 Originally from Estonia 🇪🇪, and completely new to calisthenics. I joined The Calisthenics Club because I really want to learn how to master my own bodyweight and finally feel confident with the basics 💪. I’ve just started the 10x Challenge — at first I thought it looked quite easy, but by round two I was already feeling it 😅 and realised the beginner level is no joke. Still, that only made me more excited to see how I’ll feel after four weeks and to try the other challenges afterwards 🚀. Outside of training I enjoy being active, creating things, cooking healthier meals and keeping myself busy with new hobbies 🎨🍳✨. I’m genuinely happy to be part of a community like this — everyone is so supportive, motivated and actually trying to get better 🤝. Can’t wait to see my progress over time, make some friends, and hopefully reach a point where the basics don’t feel so hard anymore 🙌. If anyone wants to follow my journey on social media, I’m happy to share later — for now I’m just focused on learning and getting stronger 💥.

10x Challenge for beginner
I genuinely thought, “Alright, that looks fairly easy… I can definitely handle that.” 😅 But wow — reality hit fast. After the second round, I was already feeling my arms and legs burn, and it suddenly became very clear that even the beginner version is no joke. I kept thinking, “How is something that looks so simple this hard?” 😂 But honestly, that moment humbled me in the best way. It made me realise how much room I have to grow and how exciting this journey will be. Instead of feeling discouraged, it actually motivated me — because if the beginner level challenges me like this now, imagine how much stronger I’ll feel after 4 weeks. 💪🔥

Newbie here
Hi all, my name is Kaisa, I'm 35 yo, from Tallinn, Estonia and I just joined the group. I've been quite sporty all my life but for different reasons I've been now away from the gym about 3 months, so I guess I just LEAPED at the chance to get back on track with training. Calisthenics has intrigued me quite a while but I didn't know where or how to start, so now I'm gonna start with 4 weeks 10x10 challenge and see where it goes. 🙂 Besides gym I'm a big bookworm, traveller and it's my hobbie to make my home a green jungle. 📚🪴 And if I can't travel myself, I make other people's traveling dreams come true (aka my 9-5 work is travel consultant). Good luck to every other newbie here! ✌️

Hi! Nice to see someone else from Estonia. i am from Viljandi. I haven´t been in Gym probably 2 years now, unfortunently. I have also many plants and flowers at home 😇
Exercise from home.
I'm quite time poor at the moment so this feels like a great opportunity to get some meaningful exercise in at home. I don't have any gym equipment so calisthenics is perfect for me.
