Cut out of the deal
This vendor is really trying to cut me out. I provided traceability to the CO then the CO reached out to the vendor to confirm that they provided me with the quote. The vendor said, "The attachment is a customer's cart email from our website but we can supply the product directly to you at this price and have it shipped out tomorrow." This email was CCed to me by the Vendor.

How would @Day Cantave handle this?

@Calrin Faulkner ...This is circumvention. You should report and file a bid protest with the DLA oversight body for investigation. It's not alright. Maybe even let everyone know the cage code of this approved source, so we can keep away.
Bidding Process
Is there a video that breaks down the bidding process and if so, can you please provide a link. I’m ready to jump in.

I don't believe Day has done it. He said he would when he reached 5K subscribers on YouTube or something like that. 🤞
Fraud 5 Lenovo laptops request
Fam, be careful out there. Received one of these last week unsoliciated. It looks very legit, including Washington contact information.

Mil Specs
Hello Day, I have a question: When bidding on Mil Spec items, do I need to have the "Higher Level of Quality" certification, or does the manufacturer I’m contracting to produce the item need to have it? Also, should I list the manufacturer's CAGE code in the "Actual Manufacturer" section? Lastly, when inspection is at the "Origin," whose CAGE code should I enter in the "Supplies CAGE" field—mine or the actual manufacturer's?

Seeking Advice on Managing Invoices After 15th Award Milestone
Hey team, I hope you’re all doing well! I’m excited to share that I’ve now reached my 15th award, but I’ve realized that I’ve missed some invoices along the way. Managing everything has become a bit more challenging, and I want to make sure I stay on top of my invoicing from here on out. Does anyone have any advice or best practices on how to keep better track of invoices, especially when juggling multiple awards or projects? Any tools, strategies, or tips you’ve found helpful would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your insights!
