Honest Question to All Synthesizers...
In that past few years I have found that there is no "Genuine Outreach" or connection, just everyone trying to sell each other. This has really pushed me away from engaging on any of these platforms. This being said, how is everyone navigating the minefield that is linkedin, Facebook and other platforms?

@Corey Bennett Boardman Beautifully said, couldn’t agree more. Quite honestly I think it’s all of the above.

Andrew Kirby What are you using to transcribe video to text?
I'm in the progress of making a Brain of youtubers and sharing it in this community. I was wondering what Andrew Kirby is using to transcribe the video/audio to text. Also did you use a program to cut books into chapter automatically?

I use "Descript". It's an incredible, "All in One" platform for transcribing, editing and much more. Highly recommend.

Lesson from 8 figure entrepreneur
Remember how I closed that 300k deal? That involves hanging around with the CEO of the company, an 8-figure entrepreneur. He's a beast. Part of my role is hiring A-Players to scale his YouTube. So I was on a de-briefing call to talk about who I thought was one of our ‘best candidates’. “That candidate is weak, Andrew. They’re weak because they don’t have the proper speech patterns.” Proper speech patterns? WTF. Our call ended before I was able to dig deeper… I couldn’t stop thinking about what he said. I NEED to know the answer. I want to be an A-Player. And I know you are who you surround yourself with, so I NEED to be able to SPOT A-Players. So right when our next call started, I asked him what speech pattern do A-players possess? He paused. Thought for 10 seconds. “It’s just about being concise. That’s the differentiator between an A-player and everyone else.” And it made so much sense to me… Rambling is an indicator of poor, unclear thoughts. Clear thinking leads to clear speaking. C-players are unclear. A-players are concise.

@Jeffrey Buoncristiano Examples will not help because you still won’t know how those “examples were created. Think, “getting a fish” Vs. “Learning how to fish”. Rather try understanding the mechanisms that produce the “examples”. Clear “language patterns“ are produced by clear “thought patterns”. Clear, thought patterns are produced by using mental models and logic to clear the signal from noise.

@Jeffrey Buoncristiano @Andrew Kirby , @Sam Ovens and Naval Ravikant are great examples of clear and “concise” speech. Check out their YouTube channels & start with that as a reference model. Also here a some book recommendations as well: •The Art of Thinking Clearly by Rolf Dobelli •Thinking in systems by Donella, H Meadows

A Message To Consultants: Things are Changing
This is a message for Consultants. Specifically someone who sells coaching or a course to help people solve their problems. In 2022 I: - Spent two days in LA with Sam Ovens (on track to become billionaire) - Spoke with Alex Hormozi ($200m/year portfolio) - Spoke (and worked) with MrBeast (130m subscribers) - Spoke with Cole Gordon ($2,000,000/month) - Met Bas Slot in Lisbon twice ($1,000,000/month) My conclusion after all of this was simple: This industry is changing… The smartest people have noticed, and are already taking advantage of this shift. Everyone else will be left behind. Watch these clips (5-10 mins) to spot the shift. - Clip from Sam Ovens - Tweet from Alex Hormozi - Another tweet from Alex Hormozi - Clip from Cole Gordon (making $2m/m+) - Clip from All In Podcast (all four are Billionaires) - Clip from Alex Hormozi Watch those clips before reading on. They're short. Here's how I see things changing: - Direct Response → Brand - Ads → Content - Selling → Giving And to me, this is a GREAT SHIFT. Thank fuck this industry is FINALLY maturing. It's no longer enough to have flashy marketing and great sales skills. You have to build a brand. Over the past few months I’ve hinted at this shift quite a few times, and how I've used it to make $100,000/month profit (and sometimes even $90,000 in a day). I've made a: - 33 minute Loom video explaining this new model - 21 minute Loom video explaining how I got 600,000 subscribers using this model - Free course explaining how to build a great community - Loom video I sent to Alex Hormozi about using trends to grow an audience when he asked me to help him grow his YouTube - Notion page explaining the lessons I learned about YouTube growth from speaking with MrBeast - Google Doc explaining the content system that grows your audience in just two hours per week

Increase Your F O C U S With White Noise
Been using https://focustodo.cn/ for quite some time, available as a Chrome Extension or mobile app Recently, they added 'White Noise' which takes focus to a whole new level Just plug in your earbuds/headphone and choose from a variety of sounds designed to optimize the brain. Sounds such as, ocean floor, rain, wind and crickets, and much more . . . My fave is "ocean floor" White noise relaxes our brain and stimulates the production of feel-good chemicals, serotonin and dopamine, while allowing for greater focus when working or studying. Do you have a special tool/method/technique to keep your focus? If YES, please share *DISCLAIMER: I have no affiliation with FocusToDo!! Just love their pomodoro 😍
