@Alvis Ciritis Yeah, if you are Canadian, you can get an E2 visa when you invest in a business in America. I believe the visa is good for 2 years and renews indefinitely as long as the business continues to operate and create jobs.

I think it's extremely important. If you are living above your means or overleveraged personally, more than likely you will also overspend in your businesses. It's all about mindset. I invest in stocks, bonds, and crypto. Real estate will be next. I consider starting/acquiring a business as an investment as well. It adds diversity to your overall investment portfolio and has it's own risks and rewards.
