Hey everyone, I'm new here. I actually have @Spike A to thank for this recommendation. The owner of this community has some really informative videos on youtube that you cant find anywhere else. Spike as references this content as like "finding a needle in a haystack" and I actually could not agree more. In Hugo's latest video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74rewEZLVrs), he talks about determining the callers intent, and curating a final prompt based upon what the persons request is, then passing this to VAPI, here are the examples he uses: - base_prompt - book_appointment - escalate_human - intent_classification - general - confirm_appointment - cancel_appointment - reschedule_appointment I am wondering if the new VAPI Squads update is essentially this but built upon a GUI, you can effectively build these different prompts and have a router agent determine which one to go down. the only thing i can see that is different is passing the RAG data to the agent? Am i correct ?
