In 2016 I was on a retreat lead by Rick Solomon and Kate Freeman in Sedona. I think it was the first time that I met Kate. I was in my early 70's and uncertain about my future path. Kate said that it was time for me to dance. It took some years, but now I am dancing. I spend time with family, have many new friends, travel and play pickleball. It's all now one great dance.
