I want to acknowledge that I’ve been a little quiet and less present here over the past few weeks. Life has been full, and somewhere in the middle of everything, I got out of rhythm with showing up here the way I intended to. I don’t want to just slip back in without acknowledging that. But I’m here. And I’m ready to get us back on track. One thing I teach often is that getting off track does not mean we have failed. Sometimes the practice is simply noticing where we are, returning to center, and choosing again. So that’s what I’m doing. I’m choosing to return with intention, reconnect with this beautiful community, and continue building the space we created for healing, growth, prayer, reflection, and becoming more deeply aligned with ourselves. Thank you to those of you who have remained here, checked in, continued your own practices, and given me grace. We’re moving forward again. 🤍 And maybe this is your reminder too: you do not have to wait until everything is perfect to begin again. You can simply choose to return. Sometimes the week doesn’t need to get easier. Sometimes you simply need to come back to center. Before you rush into the rest of today, take one quiet minute. Place your hand over your heart. Breathe in slowly. And ask yourself: “What am I carrying today that I do not need to carry into tomorrow?” Maybe it is someone else’s mood. A conversation you keep replaying. Something you wish you had done differently. A fear about something that hasn’t even happened yet. Notice it. And then remind yourself: I do not have to solve everything today. I do not have to understand everything today. I only have to choose how I will meet this moment. Today, choose peace where you can. Choose kindness where you can. I wanted to share something exciting with you all. This week, I’ll be traveling to Washington State for two very special reasons. First, I’ll be participating in the filming of a documentary with Evolve Studios, sharing part of my journey, my take on consciousness, life & death and the work that has grown from it.
