@Kristi Rieke I purposely don't pack my charger, I grab it when I get my phone, that way it's harder to forget!

@Lisa May Good idea... thankfully, we were leaving some things at our destination!
Thoughts You Don't Say Out Loud
Sometimes the thoughts that keep us stuck aren't loud. They're the ones running quietly in the background all day… “𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.” “𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝗲.” “𝗜𝗳 𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹.” “𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.” “𝗜 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘆.” “𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.” “𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗜'𝗺 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.” “𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅.” “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼?” “𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.” “𝗜 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆. 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿.” And perhaps the one underneath all of them… “𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲.” But what if nothing is wrong with you? What if these thoughts have simply become familiar ways of protecting yourself, keeping the peace, staying needed, avoiding disappointment, or avoiding feelings that feel too big to sit with? 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀. Not with judgment. Not with shame. 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. So let's get honest… POLL 👇 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝘀t And if you picked one, I want you to sit with it today—not fix it. Just notice it. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁? That's where the real conversation begins.

@Verna Kauffman Discouraged and hopeless - not good things!
I’m ridiculously excited to finally say this…
OUR NEW WEBSITE IS LIVE. 🥹💜 @Judy Gudmestad and I have been building and building and BUILDING behind the scenes, and seeing it all finally come together in one place feels a little surreal. And I’m so incredibly proud of it. Not just because we have a pretty new website. 😂 But because of what it represents. We built this. We took ideas that were once just conversations between the two of us and turned them into something real. An actual business. Actual offers. An actual community. And especially Powerfly Her—something that came from our own experiences in this online world and that we genuinely believe in with our whole hearts. And I want to say something specifically to my digital marketing friends… If you’ve been in this space for a while, you probably know the feeling I’m talking about. You’ve learned how to market. You’ve learned how to make content. You’ve sold other people’s products. You’ve probably tried a dozen different things along the way. And none of that was wasted. But somewhere underneath all of it, maybe there’s been this little pull… I want to create something of my own. That pull can be scary. Because promoting something that already exists is one thing. Putting YOUR idea into the world and saying, I made this. I believe in this. This is mine. is completely different. But goodness… it is also incredibly freeing. It’s empowering. There is something about looking at something that used to exist only in your head and realizing, Holy shit. We actually built this. And as I look at everything Judy and I have created together, I know something else just as deeply: We didn't build it alone. There have been so many pivots. So many ideas that didn't work. So many times we thought we knew where we were going and God redirected us somewhere else. And now I can look at this website, our community, this business, and this thing we love so freaking much called Powerfly Her, and say… Look what God helped us build. 🥹💜 THAT gets me. Because that's what I want for the women we work with, too.
