You spoke to a change in business models in your ESP podcast. Can you share more about what your new business model will look like? Business models are a bit confusing to me because they are not always black and white. Low ticket, high ticket, membership, summits only etc
🎙️ The Kit → Flodesk episode is live (and yes... I'm spilling the tea ☕)
Quite a few of you have asked why I'm moving from Kit to Flodesk, especially because I've been a Kit user for over four years. So I recorded a whole podcast episode on it. And before anyone panics… this isn't a "Kit is bad and Flodesk is better" episode. It's actually a conversation about something much bigger: 👉 How your business evolves. 👉 Why your priorities change. 👉 And why the tools that got you here aren't always the tools that will get you there. Inside the episode I share: - Why I'm moving from Kit to Flodesk after four years - The hidden cost of complexity in your business - How changing business models changes your software decisions - Why loyalty to tools isn't a strategy - The question I think every business owner should ask regularly: "Does this still fit?" Because sometimes we keep paying for software, systems, and subscriptions simply because we've always used them… not because they're actually the best fit for the business we're building now. 🎧 Listen here: https://www.buzzsprout.com/2065148/episodes/19435188 And I'm curious… What's one tool, strategy, or offer in your business that you're questioning right now because it might not fit anymore? 👇 Let's chat.

Great episode - this was me at the end of last year, made big changes, my business model is still evolving. Simple is always a top value for me.
Whole Health Win
My business goes silent when I’m not serving others from whole health. Our family moved back to rich in person community after 4 years in a desert. Over three months, I’ve plugged into my running club, church, and local friendships. Finally in June, I joined premium because I felt girded up enough to start some biz activity. I didn’t know what I could manage but I took the first step. It’s been tough to realize how little time and energy I have in this family season. I’ve been in it for a while. I’m still grateful I stepped out. June Ta Da’s -I came up with two AI tool ideas to design one to nurture, one to attract. -I renewed my domain name. -I showed up to two calls for questions and co-working. -I showed up in this community. July To Do’s -Finish AI tools -Share my nurture tool with my email list -Send an email to my list since my move -Go slower than I did last month

@Kylie Kelly thank you
Posted my first lead magnet in Facebook groups!
I did the scary thing today and I posted my first lead magnet in some relevant Facebook groups! I'm trying to start small while I get used to emailing my list regularly, so even just a few signups from that would be great. But it was so nerve-wracking to post in those groups! I'm proud of myself for hitting post!

Artifact from scratch
I was having a play to create an artifact from scratch and ended up with something that could either be a printable PDF or an interactive option with a printable result. Because I'm working with customers who can be a bit tech shy, if they can print something, or have the option to print from the beginning, it might be more enticing. I know we're all going mad for the ai side, but I think its important to consider those who are a bit anxious about using it. Being entrepreneurs means we're naturally early adopters. Do you find that with your clients/customers?

Yes, it has to be super simple if it’s tech.
