August has a different rhythm, and this week showed it. And there were still a few stars this week ⭐ @Hil Kane spent days going through 32 years of videotapes, letting 90% of them go. In her words: "It was not my job to videotape everyone, their mother, their children... I did it like it was my job." That's not a small realisation — that's decades of an old obligation finally being put down. Proud of you, Hil. 💫 @Lindsey Elliott made a clear, deliberate choice: a real break from her usual structure this month, to rest and let things incubate. Not disappearing — choosing rest on purpose. That's not falling off the practice. That's the practice, applied to a season that needs it. ⭐ @Julianne Anderson kept showing up honestly even on a tight week — naming exactly what got in the way instead of pretending it didn't. And made space for dinner with her daughter along the way, which counts for a lot more than five ticked boxes. 🚀 @Anastasia Dobrovolschi @Joy Belonga @Jennifer Rogers and @Sharon J Crabbe all headed off to Vancouver and shared their group photo below 👇🏼 And I've had a cracker of a week which I'll share in the comments. Here's the thing about a quiet week: it's still data. If this month feels lighter for you too, that's not you doing it wrong — that's just August. Show up when you can, rest when you need to, and know that whatever you post gets read, even if it's just a sentence. 👉 If you haven't checked in yet this week, the daily prompts are all still live in the Classroom: https://www.skool.com/impactactivator/classroom/3e4bfd12?md=bd07badb0c5844bd9bed46cf85fda065 If your still here and checking in I'd love to know your reflections.
