I appreciate you for putting a lot of effort building your about page and I like what I see. I would add a free course and mention about it in the intro on how to protect yourself and your family from mold so you get a bigger audience and also remove the phone number requirement to get into the community since people who do not know you will not feel confortable doing that. If your community is premium you will get the email address anyway so I would remove that as well.

@Cristal Vancarson How would you put it in other words that might sound better. The main idea is to keep spamers out.

@Katie Roth in my openion you can add pictures of testimonials to your about page even if they are from another source.
